The AVP-CPO will have direct responsibility for University-wide procurement strategy and category management; contract administration; procurement operations; supplier management; and a unified payments area composed of accounts payable, travel and Pcard programs. Operationally, the P2P organization will be comprised of approximately 50 full time equivalent staff.
