Sales Commissions Agent
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The Sales Commissions Agent will be responsible for conducting extensive review, analysis and validation of monthly reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of commissions payouts, for sales rep performance and quota attainment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete incentive compensation related queries raised by Sales Reps through Salesforce and provide resolution to the queries in a timely manner

Responsible for meeting target metrics such as productivity, resolution time and quality

Coordinate with Sales Comp Admin Governance Team on exceptions to Policy for submission to Comp Exceptions Committee

MINIMUM QUALIFICTIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

1 year of experience in Sales Compensation Administration

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Hands-on experience on any industry standard tools (Anaplan, Callidus, OIC, Xactly)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience using Salesforce CRM

Data Analysis experience, with MS Excel proficiency

Extensive background in sales or finance functions
