Job Description
Office Manager
Whale and Dolphin Conservation is seeking a full-time Office Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including the delivery of payroll and benefits packages; the management of personnel records; compliance with MA, OR, and federal employment requirements and best practices.

Organize and manage informational filings and order and inventory supplies as needed.

Ensure the legal operational mandates of the organization are met including, but not limited to State Registrations and Insurance Policies.

Oversee and fulfill administrative duties including, but not limited to, those associated with the Whale Adoption Project.

Engage with supporters, donors, and other interested persons on behalf of WDC.

Pay bills, issue invoices, and assist in preparing monthly financial statements.

To Assist the Executive Director, Finance & Audit Committee, and WDC staff with projects as assigned.

Experience:

Microsoft Office required
Salesforce preferred
Quickbooks preferred
Non-profit experience preferred
Work Location:

Plymouth, MA (You must be legally eligible to work in the United States)
Compensation and benefits:

Hours per week:

40 hours/week, primarily Monday through Friday. Some nights and weekends required.

Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting preferred, but candidates with significant experience matching the position requirements will be considered in place of the listed degrees.

Top candidates will have experience with financial accounting and non-profit human resource methods.
Experience with Microsoft Office products required, experience with Salesforce and Quickbooks is a plus.
Applicants must be detail-oriented, be able to work in a small and hectic office setting and have a positive attitude.
Ability to organize and maintain both digital and hard copy data/files, inventory, and order supplies, and maintain equipment is required.
