Thank You Rust College

I’d like to thank Dr. Ishmell Edwards and his staff at Rust College for graciously hosting me for the night as I make my way to the National Civil Rights Center in Memphis.
Ken Johnston, 51, of Amherst, Massachusetts visited Rust College on March 26-27 during his Walk to Freedom to commemorate Dr.
Martin Luther King, Jr.
He walks 12 to 15 miles per day starting early in the morning and finishing early in the afternoon giving him time to talk to people and write about his journey in his blog. The walk will end April 4th, marking the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and will participate in the observance ceremony at the National Civil Rights Museum.
