Job Description
Project Associate
JSI is looking for a Project Associate to join their team in their Bow, NH location. A minimum of 2 years working within an office setting and an interest in public health is a must. Ideally, this candidate will have experience working with clients and stakeholders in the public health field with a particular interest in health communications.

Responsibilities Include:
Ensure a smooth work flow among the team members using clear communication, attention to details, and organization skills
Ensure documents, reports, minutes, resources and materials of project(s) are organized and accessible
Provide meeting support including scheduling, organizing meetings (in-person and web-based), taking meeting minutes and managing attendee contact lists
Gather and collate information from the team members for meeting agendas, newsletters and the web site
Respond to internal and external inquiries for information or assistance from clients and other stakeholders
Conduct literature reviews and research topics as needed
Proofread, edit and format reports, graphs and other print materials
Assist with data entry and management using databases such as Excel, MS Access and SPSS
Flexibility and willingness to participate in activities that will facilitate success for the project(s) and team
Work collaboratively and communicate frequently with project team members locally and in other JSI offices
Support business development efforts, including proposal writing, coordination, and production.
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Comfortable with using Google based platforms
Able to manage multiple tasks and keep track of time lines
Highly organized
Receptive to constructive feedback
Writing and editing skills
Responsive to a fast-paced work environment
Attentive to details
Able to independently problem-solve
Professional interpersonal skills
Customer-based approach
Microsoft Office skills Digital media design experience a plus
Bookkeeping experience a plus
Social media management experience a plus
