The faculty member will conduct classes in compliance with Department of Business and Technology and Motlow policy. They will work as part of a team to maintain academic integrity, and curriculum development. Faculty teach a minimum of 15 credit hours per fall and spring semesters. Faculty members report to the appropriate administrative leader and assists the Department Coordinator in the management and execution of all aspects of their programs. This includes, but is not limited to, attendance and grade reporting, committee service, monitoring student progress as well as compliance with all appropriate Motlow, state, and federal regulations. Motlow State Community College offers day, afternoon, night, weekend, online, hybrid, and accelerated courses at four campuses. This position will primarily serve the Smyrna campus.

Qualifications & Requirements Qualifications:
Applicant must hold a Masterís degree in Computer Science or Information Systems from a regionally accredited college or university or a Masterís degree in any field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Computer Science or Information Systems from a regionally accredited college or university by appointment date. Preference will be given to candidate with an additional 18 graduate hours in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems and course work or experience in cyber security. A minimum of 5 yearsí experience in cyber defense industry is preferred.
